Welcome to the wonderful world of beekeeping. There is a great deal of pride that comes from managing the care of beneficial insects that provide more fruit and vegetables due to their pollination. The honey bees also create a product that contains a wide variety of several essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids as well as antioxidents. Natural honey is good for you inside the body and out. Its composition makes it useful for treating minor burns and scrapes.

Please note: While it is great for older children and adults, pediatricians advise against feeding honey to infants less than one year old.
